Privacy Policy
What personal data we handle, why, for how long, and your rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the CCPA.
This policy explains what personal data is handled when you visit trexiptvonline.com or contact us on WhatsApp, why, for how long, and how to use your rights. It is written to cover the basics of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and it applies to visitors in every country we serve.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the business behind Trex IPTV Online, shown below. We are an independent, authorized reseller of Trex TV; Trex TV is a separate business with its own policies.

The data we handle
We collect as little as we can.
When you visit this website
- Technical connection data, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. Our hosting provider records this in server logs for security and to keep the site running.
- No accounts and no payment forms. This site never asks for a login, a card number or bank details.
- No advertising trackers. We do not use advertising cookies or social media tracking pixels.
When you message us on WhatsApp
- Your phone number and WhatsApp profile name.
- The content of our conversation: your region, your device, the plan you choose and your support questions.
- Details linked to your trial or plan: start date, length and the login details we issue to you.
- The minimum payment information needed to confirm your payment, such as a transaction reference. We never ask for your card or bank passwords.
Why we use it
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Answering your questions before you order | Steps taken at your request before a contract |
| Setting up your free trial or plan | Performance of a contract |
| Technical support | Performance of a contract |
| Keeping records required by law | Legal obligation |
| Keeping the website secure | Legitimate interests |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Cookies
This site works without advertising or third-party analytics cookies. One small item is stored in your browser when you choose a region or open one of our regional pages: it remembers that region so our WhatsApp buttons can include your country on other pages. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. If you log in to the WordPress dashboard, WordPress sets the technical cookies that login needs.
Who can see your data
- Our team, only to deal with your trial, order or support request.
- Our hosting provider, for the website’s server logs.
- WhatsApp, the messaging service you choose to contact us with; its own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of the app.
- Your payment provider, to process your payment.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Conversations that did not lead to a trial or order | Up to 12 months after the last message |
| Data linked to a trial or plan | For the trial or plan, then 12 months after it ends |
| Records required for accounting | As long as the applicable law requires |
| Website server logs | As set by our hosting provider, usually a few weeks |
You can also delete our chat from your own WhatsApp app at any time.
Your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR
If you are in the UK, the EU or Germany, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct data that is inaccurate.
- Erase your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Restrict how we use it while a question is resolved.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Data portability, receiving the data you gave us in a usable format.
You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK or the authority of your German federal state, although we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Your rights under the CCPA
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to ask us to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of.
Visitors from Canada and Australia
If you are in Canada or Australia, you can ask to see and correct the personal information we hold about you, and to complain about how we handle it. The same contact route below applies.
How to use your rights
Send a WhatsApp message to +44 7576 966392 (opens WhatsApp in a new tab). We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will reply within the time the applicable law sets (one month under the GDPR and UK GDPR, 45 days under the CCPA).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to trial and order details is limited to the people who need it to help you, and WhatsApp conversations are protected by the app’s encryption.
Children
Our plans are intended for adults. Orders must be placed by someone aged 18 or over.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
