2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on trexiptvonline.com where the material appears.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge every complete notice within 2 business days. Where the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and, where we can, let the person who supplied it know.

Counter-notice

If material you supplied was removed and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your signature. We may restore the material unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.
